Technical Snag
Images in some of my older posts aren't visible. While I initially suspected someone who has been subjected to my many bad jokes over the last year, it transpires this is due to problems with my image host. Rest assured, I'll have it fixed over the next couple of weeks.

Heh. yeah, I heard about this. Very funny. I they ever tried something like this over here in the states, the outcry from religious watchdog groups would be deafening.

Didnt you keep track of when France did a similar thing? ...Some other Europian Country also had such a deal.

@Chaim: Yeah, you're right... population control (and generation!) are way too closely linked to religion in the US... might find quite a few takers in India, though (not that the country needs it!)
